removing .dll files

i downloaded the kaspersky lab virus protection and later i removed it off my
computer, but i still have two .dll files on my computer and they wont
delete. they are avpscrch.dll and sheelex.dll. everytime i try it says
access denied maybe overwrite protection or full disk. how can i get this
off my computer? help please

Have you tried deleting them in safe mode or command prompt mode?

Why would you uninstall one of the top rated anti-virus programs on the
market?(Virus Bullitin rated it not me) What did you replaced it with?
