removing .dll files

i downloaded the kaspersky lab virus protection and later i removed it off my
computer, but i still have two .dll files on my computer and they wont
delete. they are avpscrch.dll and sheelex.dll. everytime i try it says
access denied maybe overwrite protection or full disk. how can i get this
off my computer? help please

Have you tried deleting them in safe mode or command prompt mode?

Try to remove them in safe mode. If still no go, rename them in safe mode
and remove then try again.

Why would you uninstall one of the top rated anti-virus programs on the
market?(Virus Bullitin rated it not me) What did you replaced it with?

try going into safe mode and deleting them from there.
