Removing calendar appointments from to do bar by category

First, I'd like to auto categorize multiple calendar appointments...not just
auto color code.

Second, I'd like to have the personal category calendar appointments not
show up in the to do bar.

Can this be done??? If so, please let me know how!

Colors are categories. You'd need to set the color to none to add a
category without color.

You can't filter the appointment list on the to-do.
