Printing Appointments by Categories

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I'm having trouble trying
to print appointments by category.

I currently am handling 5 projects, so I've listed all the meetings for the
rest of the year and categorized them by project. I wanted to print
calendars for the months ahead and handing them out to the "participants".
(Not all of them work with a computer.)

Is there a way for me to print out the appointments under one category? Or
is there a better way for me to do this?
