Removing BuenoSearch.com virus

[Tired and Confused]

Hi there, it's around 1.30am here in Australia and Im a little bit over this virus Buenosearch.com. I have tried to clear all related links to it but have now just hit a wall (almost literally) I tried to run AdwCleaner and while I am sure it detected the files which needed cleaning, I have no idea how to identify the files I should be keeping and ones which need trashing. Can somebody help please? I get a bunch of HKLM file names which means nothing to this 'ol graphic artist. Cheers and thanks in advance. Dave
