removing Appointment tab in a custom form

I know this has probably been asked and answered. I am designing a custom
appointment form for Outlook 2003 calander. I want to remove the Appointment
tab in the form. How do I do that?

Ken Slovak - [MVP - Outlook]

You can't remove it but you can hide it. Select Form, Display This Page to
toggle the visibility.
