removing a virus from svchost.exe

J

JD

I am running XP Home Edition.
I ran a McAfee scan today and found a virus located in
c:/windows/system32/drivers/svchost.exe but was not able
to clean it. I can not delete the file.
What is the best way to remove and replace this file in
order to remove the virus?
Thanks,
JD
