svchost.exe infected

My anti-virus program is showing the following file to be
infected with a Welchie. B. worm, and the program is
suggesting that the file be deleted:
WINDOWS/systems32/drivers/svchost.exe.
Before I delete this file, how will this affect my
computer, and can I find this file somewhere to replace
it?
