Removing a START MENU item

On the START MENU in the right column in the light blue area is an
application associated with DELL SUPPORT. It is hidden behind the lower "LOG
OFF" and "TURN OFF COMPUTER" .
I want to uninstall or delete everything associated with DELL. How do I get
rid of this hidden application?
 
You don't. If you want to get rid of all references of Dell on a Dell computer then you start with getting rid of the Mobo along with the Bios. In other words the Dell OEM is reliant on their own proprietary set up
