Removing a 2nd admin

Hi,
How to remove a second administrator? The system won't allow me to, nor it
allows me to change the type of account. I enter as the original admin
CTR-ALT-DEL (twice) and I have all the accounts.
TIA

Most administrative commands reside in c:\Windows\System32.
They are not hidden - anyone who cares to look can see them.
There are hundreds of them and a trained administrator knows
which ones are useful. Net.exe is an extremely useful command,
with lots of functions. As most other command line commands,
it has inbuilt help, e.g.

net /?
net user /?
net help user
