removethe LDAP server screen on opening in Outlook 2003?

How do I prevent the LDAP server screen from displaying when I open Outlook
2003?

Vrey annoying to have to cancel it out every time!
 
Tools | Email Accounts | View/change existing directories or address books |
Remove ldap address book.
