How do I get rid of " LDAP Director" screen when I open Outlook 20

I just install Outlook 2003 and when I open Outlook I get the Microsoft LDAP
Director popup with the following info - Connection Detail: Username-Null;
Server-Null; Port-3268; Password-_____. This message comes up every time I
open Outlook. How do I get rid of it?

Remove the LDAP address book via Tools > Email account > View/Change
directories and address books.
