MS Outlook and OpenLDAP

I have MS Outlook 2003 connect it to a LDAP Server running on Ubuntu.
It works fine, when ever I add an entry into the LDAP Server I can see
it on MS Outlook.

What I notice is that when I open my Address Book (on Outlook) and I
select the LDAP server it does not display any entries. You have to
Search for an entry.

Is there a way to make it to display all the entries?
