Removes all attatchments from my email!

whenever, I recieve an email with an attatchment i am
unable to open the attachment and get the following
message, "om removed access to the following unsafe
attachments in your mail."
help please. this happens to all my email attatchments,
even the safest ones i sent to myself.

I get the same thing. I e-mailed myself some stuff from
my other computer and OE said it was unsafe and refused
to open it. It would be good if OE could identify e-mail
that it thinks might be dangerous, but surely to god
Billy Gates can leave me my own free will!!!!!!

Should I go back to a Mac?

He does. You can exercise it by clicking Tools|Options from the OE menu
and then selecting Security. You can set/re-set your options there.

Same thing happened to me, and I have been searching for
the answer for few hours now. Have any one found the
solution yet?

You can turn this security setting on or off in Outlook
Express using the following method:

1. In Outlook Express, click on Tools in the menu bar
then
click on Options, and then the Security tab.

2. Click to place or remove a check mark from "Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus". Click "OK".

Someone suggested that if you do turn off this setting in
order to access an
attachment that you want, please be sure to go back and
turn it back on again. This will protect you from
viruses.
