removeing programs

I try to remove Search 20 20 to no avail. Every time I start My computer the web site changes to this search site
 
how did you try removing. Note that Add/Remove will only remove the basic
program. Traces are often left over in the registry and need to be removed
manually.

Adaware by Lavasoft is another real good freeware program.
