Removed TCPIP protocal on Active Directory Controller

I Removed TCPIP protocal on Active Directory Controller by
mistake and now when I boot I cannot get into Active
Directory or any other management snapins. I am
getting "naming information cannot be located". Is there
anything I can do to restore this server. I do have a ERD
disk but have some reservations about running Repair on my
Active Directory controller.
