Removed Program Name Still in Add/Remove Program Applet

I have manually "uninstall" an application but the program
name remains in the Add/Remove Program Applet. Can anyone
please tell me how to remove the name from the list,
manually?
 
That list is in HKLM\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall, and you can
remove items from there.
