Removed media player icon.

How to stop the Media player icon from showing up when I click START--> All
Programs>

It's not in the the Documents and Settings\Default User\Start Menu\Programs
or ALL Users.

And while I'm at it, how do I disable the media player popup when I insert a
mem stick with a mpw on it?
