Removeable Hard disk

Hi every one;

I have a 60 GB removeable hard disk with caddy in my old
computer. I want to use this hard disk into my new PC
without any change in my desktop or whatever i have saved
in that. I know that ia can not boot my new system with
that because of different hardware configuration. What is
the best idea to boot my new system with that hard disk?
