Have XP/SP2 installed on one Hard drive and Vista Home Premium (32bit)
installed on another separate HD, in a dual boot situation. Would like to
format and remove XP from the drive it is on and only have Vista as my OS.
Using Computer Management (while booted in Vista) to try and format the
drive that XP is installed on but get a screen that advises that the drive
cannot be formatted.
How can XP be formatted and that OS be removed so I can use that drive as
just a slave drive and have the Vista HD and vista as my only OS ?? Both HD's
are independant SATA drives (no RAID configuration) and both OS's are
"retail" not OEM.
Thank a bunch
