Remove 'Vista Vaio Survey has stopped working' box

The subject box appears on the desk top every time I boot up, how do I
permanently remove it? Thanks.

Give me your Vaio and go buy another brand of laptop.
 
Open the Run command (Windows key + R) type in MSCONFIG > OK > go to the
Startup (tab) > uncheck it if it appears in the Startup item list.

Is that the Sony root-kit I keep hearing about? Or is it just some other
Sony festering, fungating, Sony carbuncle that sends your info to the mother
ship?
