Is there an easy way to remove all users except the "Administrator"....

You need to keep at least one User (with administrator privileges) if you are using Window Home.
 
yes you can remove all users just follow these steps

1. open run prompt and type mmc
2. Then choose add/remove snap in and choose local users and groups
3.press ok and a list of system users will be displayed right click on
the other user accounts and check the option that says user account is
diabled
