Hi Sur,
Thanks for your posting here.
Based on my experience, Outlook mail messages include heading fields, such
as From, To, Cc, Bcc, and Subject information, when printed. This is
feature in Outlook to distinguish the message printed from Outlook and
other programs. There is no method to directly control it. This behavior is
by design.
To remove these information, you need to save the message to other formats
such as .HTM or .DOC. Print the content of the message from other programs.
Please refer to the following information:
1. Open a message.
2. Click File-Save As to save the message an RTF file .
3. Open the saved RTF file, delete or modify the header fields in the RTF
file, and print the contents of the message.
Your understanding is appreicated. If you need further help, just post back
to let me know. Happy New Year!
Thanks & Regards
Alan Sun

Hi,
For evidence purposes, we'll be printing a lot of emails from a user
who has
left our company.
When we print the emails, my name will be shown on the printed page
(above
the
From: line of the email).
Is there anyway I can delete my name?
Thanks.
,Sur
