Remove third party browaer extensions

After upgrade MSN Messenger, I now have an unwanted search tool bar added to
my browser. In fact, this tool bar has places google with it self. I am
unable to find the fike or the extensions...Help

Toolbar Cop from http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/Toolkit.htm can remove many
add-ons of
this type.

You should also suspect the presence of other unwanted files or programs and
run (at least) these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/
Both should be updated after installation, before use.
