Enable third-party browser extensions

If Enable third-party browser extensions is clicked, I
get no response from Explorer. Spybot does not help
resolve the problem. I want to use a Google search bar,
but cannot.

You have to shut down IE and then re-start it before the Google toolbar will
appear in the View=>Toolbars menu.
