Enable third-party browser extensions

If I click Enable third-party browser extensions,
explorer fails to load pages. I've run SpyBot and AdAware
but cannot find the problem.

I finally found the answer: somehow Star Downloader was
installed. Their "Uninstall" failed to cleanly remove the
program for the registry.
