remove the installed program

I installed a software, but it was fail to install at the end. Somehow, I
could not uninstall it or remove it from the Control Panel -> Add/Remove
program. I tried to re-install it, but not working. I can delete
everything from the directory, but that program name is still show up in
Add/Remove program. How can I manually delete that program name? Thank you,

What happens in Add/Remove if you click on Remove? Does it offer to remove
the entry? Have you searched for that entry in the registry? Is this some
sort of malware? Is there some part of the story you're not telling?

But did you search the whole registry for it? Another option is reinstall
the program then uninstall it.

Post the contents of that registry key.
