remove registry orphans

I have an "orphan" program in my registry that has the "Change", "Remove"
options dimmed. I need to remove this program in order to install a
revision.
Any suggestions will ge greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup that's related to whatever operating
system you're using.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
