Access 2007 custom toolbars

I installed an add-in for Access 2007, but when it did not properly function
I uninstalled it. THe only problem is that it left its orphaned custom
toolbar in the add-ins tab on the ribbon. For he life of me I cannot figure
out how to remove the custom toolbar it left behind. Can anyone help me
figure out how to remove it?
