"remove" quick launch toolbar

Howdy!

I have been trying to disable the Quick Launch toolbar for a long time.
After reading a lot of posts from a google search, I took a chance and
renamed the AppData Quick Launch folder. It worked. No more QuickLaunch.

Just thought I would pass it along.
