remove patch

yesterday i have installed patch ADODB.stream
(KB870669). then for some reasons, i tried to remove it.
unfortunately uninstaller give me an error. how can
reinstall patch o remove it ? i have not system restore
active..

Simply reverse the registry entries as listed under "Manual Process"

You can manually install by making the registry entry as shown in
"Manual Process" on above link.
Install by downloading using the Download Center also as shown on the
link.
But you really should leave it intact.
