Remove password issue

Hi,

I had to delete a password from a user account but when the user put it back
on to use, all the emoticons, winks and backgrounds(downloaded over 3 years)
from MSN messenger were lost as if reset. Could anyone please help me on how
to recover these items if possible. Your help will be mostly appreciated.

Did you really delete the ***password***? If so, how? Or
did you delete the ***account***? If so, how? What profile
folders can you see in "c:\documents and settings"?
