Remove partition?

Hi All: Using winxppro sp2. I have a 30gb hd that is set up with 3 - 9gb
partitions c d e. c has main programs and operating system files, d has more
programs and e has data. c is 90%full, d is 20% full, e is 20% full. Would
like to remove a partition but retain data on d so it adds space to c. is
this possible? or something like it. I saw something called extend disk??
any help ou there?
thanks, ed

The only way you can create, delete, resize or merge existing partitions,
and not harm your existing Windows installation, is to purchase and use
a third-party partitioning program such as Partition Magic 8.

The alternative is to perform a "clean install" of Windows XP:
