Thanks, mike. I tried that first, both now are not listed in
Add/Remove, I'll live with what's left as the computer has other
issues. A new install can sure cause problems on an old computer when
all the old fixes are not present.

OK, mike, but you've never mentioned going to the windows setup tab at the
top of add/remove.

(I thought I'd mention it one more time in case you haven't noticed it.)
