Remove Outlook 2000

How do I completely remove Outlook 2000 which has been installed on Windows XP?

I didn't find the answer on Google or in the MS KB.

In XP Control Panel | Add/Remove programs is appears to be impossible to remove
just Outlook--only the complete Office Suite. Is that the only way? Then a
custom install?

Use that option and just uncheck Outlook - it will be removed.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
