Remove "My Document" on Desktop

How do I remove the "My Computer" icon on the desktop? I _never_ use it. I just click on the ginormous Explorer hotkey button on my keyboard

Hi,

Right click the Desktop/Properties/Desktop/Customize Desktop/Uncheck My
Computer.
 
Hi,

Right click on the desktop and select properties. Flip to the desktop tab
and click on 'Customize desktop' Uncheck all the items you dont want to
appear on the dektop under 'Desktop Icons'. OK your way out.

Great, glad to hear it. Hmm, ever heard of Jim Croce's song: Time in a
bottle? Well, it was written and recorded (1975) before T3, so guess it
won't help. :o(
