Remove junk email senders list

How do I remove someone from my junk email senders list? I accidently set a
contact up as a Junk email sender so their emails go directly to my deleted
items. How can i reverse this?

right-click on a message then select Junk Email and Junk Email Options ...
Look in the blocked senders tab.

I have also accidentally added a contact to my junk sender's list. I am
using Outlook 2000, and the options that you suggest do not appear when I
right click. How can I restore these contacts? Thank you!

Edit the file "Junk Senders.txt" and remove the incorrectly added contact.
