Remove/Install

I think i may have disabled my c/drive by unistalling a
program which i thought would make no difference to the
drive.
The program was an Canon Zoom browser that i removed,
The i installed the new Sony program but in the process
something has disabled thhe links to my program files in
drive/c and when i go into Install/remove nothing comes up
any ideas?

Once i had a little tool to check/remove Entries from the Add Remove Prog
List.
