How can I remove Hot Fix KB824141 when "remove" doesn't
appear when I highlight it in add/remove?

Hi

Look for the following folder in Windows Explorer - C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB824141$\spuninst - then run spuninst.exe.

Should have added - make sure that you do want/need to uninstall that Update before proceeding. It is a Security Update and should be left in place if possible.
