remove error 1606

my version have been expired, so i try to uninstall but
start ERROR 1606 impossible to continue.
application data has been blocked....

Have you tried to download and install new 1.0.615 release over the existing
one?
 
It should not yet be expired.

You need to reset your long and short date formats for the locale to the
topmost settings in the drop-down control.
