Remove Context Menu Items

I don't use some items on the context menu of IE, and would like to
remove/hide them. These items are *not* added by 3rd party utilities, but
are the standard "Set as Background", "Copy Background", "Set as Desktop
Item", etc.

Any tips / suggestions on how I can go about hiding / removing them from the
context menu?
