remove certain programs?

I want to delete certain programs such as netmeeting,frontpage,msn gaming
zone(just a folder) and a couple others. I used to be able to do this with
98. I can't find it in add or remove programs. In an odd case every once in
a while I can remove it but it just comes back a couple secs later. Please
help

See "Adding Optional Components to Add/Remove Programs Tool"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=223182). FrontPage is no part of
Windows XP, but unfortunately Windows will not allow to delete the
PROGRAM FILES\FRONTPAGE folder. The same is valid for MSN GAMING ZONE.
