Deleting Unwanted Microsoft "Stuff"

How, if at all, can one get rid of the junk MS puts into
Windows XP such as Netmeeting, Frontpage, Moviemaker, MSN
Gaming Zone, Web Publish, etc? When I try to delete it,
I get a diagnostic saying I can't. I don't like not
having control of what is on my machine. Can I get rid of
this garbage?
Help!

They are integrated in XP's system files and cannot be removed.
