When using Word as your email editor for Outlook, unless the feature is
turned off altogether, the program will suggest names (email addresses) for
email recipients in the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: lines. It is not clear to me what
the source is of these addresses, but a correct address may appear on one
line and a similar (but incorrect -- previously mistyped?) address may appear
on the next line. So it is easy to click on the incorrect address by mistake
and to have your email bounce. How can you remove a bad address so that it
will not appear on the list of suggestions? Thanks!
