Remove admin popup message for all Terminal Service Client users?

Dear all,

In my client's Windows 2000 Server Terminal Service enviornment, I found
that if any user get a popup alert message in their session, then all the
users will receive this popup! This is quite annoying to the users and how
can I fix this problem?

Thanks,
Vincent

They are from the Messaging Service call by programs like NTbackup (e.g.
when tape is full), or Norton AntiVirus (e.g. when found a virus).

The most annoying is the popup will "store" for every user, if the admin
received 5 alert popup then all users will need to see these 5 popups when
they logon.

Cannot do this, requested by boss to turn it on to get notifications. :)

Is this problem by design? If yes, will it get fixed in the Windows Server
2003 Terminal Service?

Heh...quite a little catch 22 we have here...

I haven't tried to experiment with anything like this in
2003, although it almost sounds like Backup and NAV are
not calling the messenger properly and the end result is
that you are seeing.
