Remove a duplicate folder from address book

T

Tom

I've created a duplicate folder 'business' under my
contacts folder. When I open my address book and click
under 'show name from the.' it lists the duplicate folder,
despite I deleted it from contacts. How I can delete it
from the list?

The answer would depend on your Outlook version which you have yet to post.

Then remove the unwanted entry here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
