Hello everyone,
I'm new to the group and would like to ask of some help.
I recently downloaded a patch .exe for a bame battlefield vietnam and
instead of saving it I mistakenly hit run,now I have the exe on my desktop
and can't remove it.
here is how it appears on my desktop
Battlefield_Vietnam_WW2_Mod_1.0.12.exe and the desktop icon above it.
Everytime I try to delete it it tells me it can't be deleted because someone
or another program is using it.
I tried the windows task manager to see what might be running but it comes
up empty.Icheck the processes and nothing listed unusual. Oh before I forget
the program when hit to install gives me a flash screen of windows MS-DOS
prompt and I can see briefly the name of the battlefield program doing
something but I don't see anything listed in the command prompt screen all
the writtinfg is at the top of the screen. any help on how to delete this
would be greatly appreciated.
