Removal Problem

I have Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition - atiptaxx.exe - installed as an
application. But I do not want it included in start-up programs. When I use
Defender to remove it from same, the next time I open Defender it is back in
the startup group. This is not really a problem except it increases start=up
time which is already long enough. Any suggesttions. Tx.

Try going to Run, msconfig, start up programs and remove it from there. Good
