Removal of program

I have Mcafee as my main virus protector and recently downloaded spysweeper.
The two clashed so I uninstalled Spysweeper webroot only it won't let me
uninstall it totally, in the meantime my Mcafee is not fully protecting me,
please advise
 
What does Webroot Support or McAfee Support have to say about this?

Did you install Spysweeper with Anti-Virus? Did you purchase it?
