I used to use Outlook and had a huge cumbersome PST file. I moved the PST
file to a new location and then uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled hoping it
would create a brand new PST.
It gave me an error message that it couldn't find Personal Folders.

I now have two personal folders, one duplicating everything happening in the
1st folder. When I right click the 2nd folder the "Close" is ghosted.

How can I get rid of this??

Thx, BNur

Reinstalling Outlook won't solve configuration issues. You somehow corrupted
your mail profile and needs to be recreated. For detailed steps see;
