Removable usb drive

I have just purchased one of these made by kingmax
(usb2.0).
The problem i am having is that windows is showing that
the device is there and i can save onto it using File-
Save-As method, But the drive does not show up when i try
right clicking onthe mouse.
I have been told there is an update for this for windows
2000 but i cannot find it.

If the usb drive shows up when you double click on
mycomputer then you just need to create a shortcut to the
drive and placed it into the sendto folder. Right click on
the drive in mycomputer and sendto desktop (create
shortcut) then move the shortcut from the desktop to the
sendto folder c:\docs and settings\username\sendto. If you
dont see the sento folder you may have to turn on hidden
files and holders.
